Thank you for considering Mandarin House La Jolla for your Christmas Eve and Christmas Day celebrations! Christmas in La Jolla wouldn't be the same without for the last 45 years!
As you may know, these two days are our busiest days of the year. In order to accommodate the high volume of customers here are some things you should know::
1) We are using a condensed Holiday Menu on these days. We've designed our menu to be streamlined and efficient while touching on many of your favorites. That being said, in order to maintain this efficiency, we will not be allowing additions, substitutions or modifications to our menu. We apologize for any inconvenience in advance.
2) Reservations will be available for parties of 7 or more only. Everybody else will be first come first serve. If you come between peak dinner hours of 4:30-7:30, please be prepared to wait and please be patient. Please call for reservations. Reservations will not be taken through email. 3) We will not be doing delivery orders on 12/24 and 12/25. It will be take out and dine in only. There will be no Third Party delivery apps either via GrubHub, DoorDash, UberEats, Postmates etc... If coming between peak dinner hours of 4:30-7:30 please be patient. Ticket times have been upwards of 45 minutes at times. We are working diligently to get you in and out as quickly as possible.
4) We can not thank you enough for being a part of this wonderful La Jolla tradition of enjoying Mandarin House on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We just ask for your patience and understanding that everyone is away from their families and working on this Holiday so that you can enjoy yours.
5) Hours of Operation on Christmas Eve 12/24 :: 11am-2pm / 4pm-9pm
Christmas Day 12/25 :: 12pm - 9pm
12/26 - 12/27 :: CLOSED
12/28 :: resume normal business hours
